General information about SAMPLE delivery

• Safe packaging: We pack goods as securely as possible, but due to the fragility of the material, damage may occur during transport.
• Sample sizes: We send samples in available sizes. Some large formats are cut into smaller pieces.
• Product images are illustrative: the delivered sample may differ in size, pattern or shade, especially in variegated cladding.
• Color variations: The shade of the delivered sample may differ from the final material due to production batches and the variety of colors in individual variegated claddings.
• Samples are non-returnable: samples cannot be returned or claimed, as the original packaging is opened or larger formats are cut during preparation.
