Application
For VASPO claddings, RUCOTEC B-NF50 is used diluted with water at a ratio of 1:2 (one part RUCOTEC B-NF50 and two parts water). Adding water up to a ratio of 1:5 reduces the “wet look” effect. RUCOTEC B-NF50 penetrates the surface, provides water repellency and simultaneously intensifies the colour without creating a glossy finish. Surfaces appear more vibrant and refreshed, creating a “wet look” effect. Its water-resistant properties reduce the sensitivity of the surface, significantly help prevent staining and make maintenance easier.
It is suitable for enhancing the appearance and adding lustre to wall and floor surfaces, stairs, entrance areas and terraces with a dull or colourless appearance. Suitable for both interior and exterior use. The surface to be treated must be completely dry and clean. Always test the product on an inconspicuous area before use. Apply an appropriate amount of RUCOTEC B-NF50 evenly using a clean brush, roller or cloth. On highly absorbent surfaces, it may be necessary to repeat the application after five minutes. The product should penetrate the stone without drying on the surface. Less absorbent surfaces may need to be wiped with a cloth.
STORAGE
When stored below 0 °C, the product may solidify. After warming to 20–25 °C, it can be reused without any additional measures. If stored above 40 °C, the product may separate or form sediment. After cooling to 20–25 °C and stirring thoroughly, the product can be used again without any issues. The contents must not be exposed to moisture or left open for extended periods. This may cause irreversible damage to the product. Always close the container tightly after use.
